Return Process
Obtain Your Return Authorization (RMA) Number:
Email us at diamantejoyeriamiamiami@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and further instructions for shipping.Package Your Order:
Place the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
Include the RMA number on the receipt and on the outside of the package.
Any promotional items or gifts included with the order must also be returned.
Ship Your Return:
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
For security, do not write jewelry-related terms on the package.
Refunds and Processing Time
